세 명의 조향사 김용진, 윤재도, 이성민이 모여 서촌에 설립한 퍼퓨머리 ‘ 살롱 두 파퓨메’. 조향사의 오르간에서 향을 작업하며, 서로의 향을 함께 느끼고 발전하였던 곳이었으며, 조향사가 작업한 향에 담긴 이야기를 직접 큐레이팅하며 시향을 도우며, 일반인도 조향 작업을 통해 본인만의 향을 만들어 볼 수 있던 공간이었습니다.
후각이 어떻게 작용하고, 향기가 무엇인지? 후각과 향기가 우리 삶에 어떤 가치를 가지고, 어떻게 사람을 행복하게 하는지? 질문을 던지고 답을 궁구하였습니다.

Perfumery ‘Salon du Pafumeur’, which was established in Seochon by three perfumers, Kim Yongjin, Yoon Jaedo, and Lee Sungmin.
It was a place where we worked on incense at the perfumer's organ, felt and developed each other's scent, curated the story of the perfumer's scent, and helped filling the scent, and it was a space where ordinary people could make their own scent.
It's a space where we ask questions and find answers about how smell works, what scent is, what value smell and scent have in our lives, and how we make people happy.
